Account Deletion Policy & Process

At C3H Global, we respect your privacy and give you control over your data. You may request account deletion at any time.

How to delete your account

1. For C3H Explorer

   1. Go to Dashboard → Profile (nav tab)
   2. Tap Delete Account
   3. Confirm your request

2. For Recruiters (Hire Talent)

   1. Go to Dashboard → Menu (☰ icon)
   2. Tap Delete Account
   3. Confirm your request

3. For Service Providers (Sell Your Services)

   1. Go to Dashboard → Menu (☰ icon)
   2. Tap Delete Account
   3. Confirm your request

Once confirmed, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted.

What data will be deleted

1. For C3H Explorer

   • Profile information (name, email, phone, etc.)
   • Job applications you submitted
   • Saved job posts
   • Saved service posts
   • Email verification and password reset tokens

2. For Recruiters

   • Profile information (name, email, phone, etc.)
   • Job posts you created
   • Job applications received for your posts
   • Saved candidates
   • Active subscriptions
   • Email verification and password reset tokens

3. For Service Providers

   • Profile information (name, email, phone, etc.)
   • Service posts you created
   • Saved job posts
   • Saved service posts
   • Email verification and password reset tokens

What data may be retained

• Legal or compliance reasons (e.g., tax, fraud prevention)
• Security purposes (to prevent abuse of our services)

This retained data is kept for a maximum of 12 months, after which it is permanently deleted.
