ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Conducts quality vehicle service maintenance and repairs using all available tools.
• Carries out safety inspections, oil changes, lubrication tasks, basic upkeep, and minor repairs as instructed.
• Collaborates with Service Consultants to relay vehicle requirements and appropriate repairs.
• Strives for high efficiency in completing client vehicles, employing lean production techniques.
• Maintains a tidy, clutter-free work area, ensuring a professional environment.
• Assists in the upkeep of shop equipment and tools, ensuring their return upon job completion.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, ETC. 

• Candidates must be customer-oriented and, while familiarity with the auto industry and Mercedes-Benz products is a plus, it is not required.
• Experience with the Sprinter brand is strongly preferred.
• Applicants should be enrolled in or have completed Technician Training.
• They must be detail-oriented and excel in a fast-paced, results-driven team environment.
• A valid driver’s license and a good driving record are essential, as well as a professional appearance and work ethic.
