Senior Director, FP&A
$ 173,000 - $ 302,000
Arctic Wolf is seeking a strategic and results‑driven Senior Director of FP&A to lead and support its global Go‑To‑Market (GTM) organization. Based in Eden Prairie, MN (or remote), this senior finance leader will serve as a key partner to GTM leadership, including the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), shaping GTM strategy, operating rhythm, and business performance as Arctic Wolf scales revenue globally.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for building and leading the GTM finance function during a major growth phase, playing a central role in how the company scales revenue worldwide by bringing clarity to growth strategy, ensuring disciplined execution, and positioning Arctic Wolf for its next stage of expansion. Core responsibilities include: acting as the primary finance partner to global GTM leadership (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success); partnering closely with the CRO to translate growth ambitions into actionable plans and measurable outcomes; and influencing key decisions through clear financial insights, scenario modeling, and strategic guidance.
The Senior Director will lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and long‑range planning processes for the GTM organization; build scalable revenue, pipeline, and capacity models; and drive alignment across GTM leaders on targets, investment priorities, and performance expectations. They will analyse pipeline, conversion, and productivity metrics to identify opportunities to accelerate growth; partner with Revenue Operations and GTM leadership to improve forecasting accuracy and visibility; and establish KPIs and reporting frameworks that drive accountability and performance.
Additional responsibilities include evaluating ROI on GTM investments (headcount, marketing spend, programs); recommending resource allocation strategies to maximize growth and efficiency; supporting pricing, packaging, and territory strategies through robust financial analysis; and building and scaling a high‑performing FP&A team aligned to the GTM organization. The leader will establish strong operating rhythms, tools, and processes to support a fast‑growing business, develop talent, and foster a collaborative, business‑oriented finance culture that leverages data, automation, and AI‑driven tools to streamline planning, enhance forecasting, and surface actionable insights.
The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of progressive FP&A experience with a strong track record supporting high‑growth, global GTM organizations; deep understanding of SaaS and cybersecurity business models, including key revenue drivers and operating metrics; and demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic, data‑informed decision‑making. Advanced expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning in dynamic environments is required, as well as proven success using AI and advanced analytics to improve accuracy and speed of insights, and operating in fast‑paced, high‑growth organizations with evolving priorities. Arctic Wolf offers compelling compensation and benefits, including equity for all employees, flexible time off and paid volunteer days, 401(k) match, training and career development, comprehensive medical and mental‑health benefits, robust Employee Assistance Program, fertility support, and paid parental leave, in a diverse and inclusive culture committed to the mission to End Cyber Risk
