

Account Executive
Arctic Wolf is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new account acquisition in the small to medium enterprise market and help advance its mission to End Cyber Risk. This remote role, based in Pennsylvania and covering the Pittsburgh area (per your posting context), is a major contributor to Arctic Wolf’s fast‑growth success, responsible for quarterbacking new account acquisition while working closely with Sales Engineering, channel partners, field events, customer success, and sales development teams.
The Enterprise Account Executive consistently achieves quarterly and annual sales quotas through a solid, measurable sales process and detailed professional sales campaigns suited to the greater complexity of enterprise opportunities. Responsibilities include identifying net‑new enterprise prospects in the assigned territory through discovery calls, partner meetings, events, partner registrations and personal prospecting; managing multiple sales cycles and customer priorities with 10–20 enterprise opportunities per quarter while navigating longer‑term strategic deals; and mastering competitive offerings and differentiation to focus on customer requirements and outcomes, ensuring effective qualification and tactical positioning.The AE collaborates with internal lead‑generation resources to establish and expand pipeline, acts as the “team quarterback” to build rapport with prospects and keep the sales process moving, and leads weekly territory calls to maintain strong communication between pre‑sales engineering, marketing, channel, inside sales and other business‑development resources. Success requires the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with customers and colleagues at all levels; work independently and as part of a team; translate key technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences; stay current in rapidly developing technology and competitive environments; and demonstrate strong collaboration and leadership skills within the sales team and cross‑functional settings.
Minimum qualifications include 2–5+ years of direct or channel sales experience with strong prospecting ability; experience working in a collaborative team environment; a proven track record of consistent sales quota achievement; and proven success selling in the relevant territory/market. Preferred qualifications include experience selling SaaS, security, or services in technology, and a bachelor’s degree.
