Job Description

As the B2B Specialist, you will be responsible for driving qualified business conversations through targeted outreach, strategic positioning, and client relationship management. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to identify high-value accounts, refine messaging, and manage the full cycle of outreach — from lead identification to warm handoffs for demos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential clients (SMBs and mid-market firms) through research, LinkedIn, and outbound campaigns.
  • Build and manage contact pipelines across HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Upwork.
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns focused on AI consulting, digital transformation, and automation services.
  • Collaborate with leadership to tailor outreach content to industry verticals (Healthcare, Finance, Real Estate, etc.).
  • Manage inbound leads and schedule qualified demos via HubSpot.
  • Contribute insights on market trends, client pain points, and partnership opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing for case studies, client decks, and LinkedIn campaign alignment.
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and weekly reporting metrics (response rates, qualified leads, booked demos).


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of B2B experience in tech, SaaS, consulting, or AI-driven services.
  • Proven success with outbound outreach (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Apollo preferred).
  • Strong communication and storytelling ability; able to explain complex services in clear business terms.
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, or business consulting services is a strong plus.
  • Self-starter mindset — organized, analytical, and outcome-focused.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-moving environment.
