Responsibilities

• Evaluate, describe, and document the condition of vehicles for service advisors, managers, and shop foremen.
• Handle all shop equipment with the utmost care as if it were personal property.
• Ensure your work area, including bays and lifts, and all customer vehicles remain clean.
• Exhibit consistent and effective communication with all pertinent team members.
• Possess a keen eye for detail, alongside the skills to listen actively and manage disputes effectively.
• Demonstrate a professional attitude and maintain a constructive outlook.
• Be punctual for shifts and willing to stay beyond regular hours during busy periods when needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess an exceptional communication skillset, ensuring effective dialogue with management and fellow employees.
• Proficiency in time management is essential for maximizing efficiency and productivity.
• Basic computer skills are required, along with a readiness to pursue further Information Technology training.
• Experience as an automotive technician is mandatory.
