Our client is an innovative platform at the forefront of the Bitcoin mining industry, focused on democratizing access to digital mining through advanced infrastructure and strategic partnerships. With a presence across exchanges, DeFi/Web3 ecosystems, and institutional investment channels, they’re enabling broader participation in the future of decentralized finance.
We’re looking for a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead the company’s financial strategy and drive its path to IPO. You’ll be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the listing process — from internal readiness to public debut — while engaging with top-tier investors and listing platforms.
Lead the entire IPO journey, from preparation to public listing.
Develop and maintain detailed financial models, forecasts, and business plans.
Create and refine investor materials, pitch decks, and strategic presentations.
Cultivate and manage relationships with investors, advisors, and capital markets platforms.
Oversee financial compliance, due diligence, and reporting frameworks
Proven experience managing IPO processes from end to end.
In-depth understanding of IFRS/GAAP and regulatory frameworks around stock issuance.
Background in ECM, M&A, investment banking, Big 4 advisory, or strategy consulting.
Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and strategic planning.
Confident communicator with experience in investor-facing materials and roadshows.
English fluency at C1 level or above.
Existing relationships within investment platforms is a strong plus.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
High emotional intelligence and personal accountability.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Comfortable working autonomously and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
