REQUIREMENTS:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates should have proven experience as an Auto Finance Manager or a similar role in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lending options, and industry regulations is essential.
• Applicants must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities, and be detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills.
• Proficiency in relevant finance and documentation software and technology is required.
• A clean and valid driver’s license is also necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work in tandem with sales teams to pinpoint appropriate financing solutions for customers.
• Assess credit applications and financial statements to ascertain qualification for loans and leases.
• Detail financing alternatives to customers, clarifying terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules.
• Forge and sustain robust partnerships with financial institutions, bargaining terms for customers’ benefit.
• Guarantee adherence to all pertinent legal and regulatory mandates concerning automotive finance.
• Organize and finalize all required documentation with precision and promptness.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during the financing journey, resolving any queries or issues.
• Remain informed about the latest industry developments, financing modalities, and optimal practices.
