Job Description

LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist tasked with building a predictable pipeline for Nectar Innovations. Responsibilities include ICP research, prospect list enrichment, personalized outreach, automation within compliance, and tight alignment with Sales to deliver qualified discovery meetings for Native AI solutions. Success is measured by connection growth, engagement metrics, booked calls, accepted SQLs, and continuous funnel optimization through data-driven experimentation and reporting.


Core Responsibilities

  • Define ICP segments, tier accounts, build and enrich lists via Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo
  • Craft multi-step outbound sequences; A/B test hooks, CTAs, cadences
  • Qualify leads using BANT; schedule calls directly on AE calendars
  • Track funnel metrics in HubSpot; surface insights, blockers, next actions
  • Automate workflows within LinkedIn safety limits while enforcing GDPR/CCPA compliance


Who We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years’ success driving SQLs through LinkedIn lead generation for tech or SaaS firms
  • Mastery of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Boolean search, ABM frameworks, outbound copywriting
  • Proficient in HubSpot or Salesforce; comfortable with intent and data tools (ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Clay)
  • Data-driven, experiment-oriented, excellent written English, 4-hour overlap with 9 AM–1 PM EST.
