This is a rare opportunity for a hands-on Marketing Leader who can combine strategy, execution, and performance tracking in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. For the right candidate, this role may quickly evolve into a CEO position as the company scales.

What You’ll Do

• Performance Tracking: Build advanced attribution models linking on-chain actions (mints, swaps) with off-chain signals (ads, email, UTMs).

• Campaign Execution: Launch high-impact campaigns across Web2 and Web3 (Meta ads, Galxe quests, influencer activations), with Telegram and community growth as a central focus.

• Analytics & Reporting: Own dashboards (Dune, GA, Hailuo, paid media) and drive insight into CAC, retention, and funnel health.

• Conversion Optimization: Improve landing pages, onboarding flows, and acquisition funnels with A/B testing and behavioral data.

• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with creative, dev, and community teams to align assets, messaging, and performance measurement.
