What’s the process for getting a resume rewrite?

Step 1: Book a resume review session. Step 2: During the review, your specialist quotes the cost for a full revision or rewrite.

Which service should I start with?

BOTJ recommends a career coaching session first. This helps clarify your goals and ensures your resume review/rewrite is properly aligned.

Can I make a partial payment?

Yes, partial payments are accepted for resume revisions. However, services won't commence until full payment is received. For flexibility, Afterpay/Klarna is recommended.

What is the timeline to receive my resume?

Your completed resume will be delivered within 5–7 business days after you submit the intake form and full payment. You'll receive both PDF and Word copies.

Can I expedite my resume delivery?

Yes — two express delivery options are available: • 2 BUSINESS DAYS — additional $75 • 5 BUSINESS DAYS — additional $50 Contact the Bee Experience Team to arrange an express turnaround.

When and how do I complete the intake form?

You’ll receive your intake form prior to your review. Please complete it within 24 hours following the session to ensure timely progress.

When can I schedule remaining services in my bundle?

You can book follow-up appointments immediately after receiving your resume—either via the link in your confirmation email or by logging into your client profile.

What if I need edits after getting my first draft?

Reply to the draft email within 5 business days with any feedback or requested changes. Basic edits are included; adding new content not previously provided incurs $25/hour.

What happens if I don’t submit the intake form?

If the form isn’t completed within 5 days post-invoice, a draft may still be delivered first. You’ll need to respond with edits within the same 5-day window, and new content may be subject to additional fees.

Can I work on a cover letter concurrently?

Yes! BOTJ recommends submitting your cover letter intake form at the same time as your resume for faster results. Helpful video guides are provided within the forms.

Can I update the career focus of my resume later?

Yes—returning clients can purchase a Returning Bee Package to update work history or switch career goals post-service.

How long is my quote valid?

Your invoice and quote are valid for 45 days. After that, a new review is required to generate an updated quote.

What if I forget to apply a discount code?

Discounts aren’t retroactive. However, your unused credit will be saved and can be applied to a future service. To avoid issues, reach out to the Bee Team before purchase.
