

Business Systems Administrator
The Business Systems Administrator – IN partners closely with the Business Applications team, fellow NetSuite administrators, and key business stakeholders to ensure NetSuite and related tools (such as Zip and Navan) are used effectively and consistently in line with enterprise standards. With NetSuite as the core ERP, this role translates Finance, Procurement, and Accounting requirements into scalable configurations, workflows, and user-friendly solutions that drive efficiency, control, and continuous improvement across the source‑to‑pay ecosystem. Responsibilities include executing system changes and automations through the Business Applications intake process, supporting platform updates and releases, maintaining core system data, administering user access and roles, and troubleshooting configuration, workflow, access, and data issues within defined procedures. The administrator also supports integrations, participates in change and release execution, contributes to user documentation, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure connected business tools operate as strategic assets for Arctic Wolf’s mission to end cyber risk.
