Ourisman Chevrolet Buick GMC is actively hiring skilled technicians to join our service team. We’re looking for experienced professionals who take pride in quality diagnostics and repairs on Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC vehicles. This is an excellent opportunity for ASE certified GM technicians as well as strong diagnostic technicians comfortable working on both import and domestic platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carry out the tasks specified in the repair order efficiently and in line with dealership policies.
  • Test drive vehicles and evaluate components and systems using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment.
  • Diagnose, service, and repair automotive systems of vehicles.
  • Engage in direct communication with the Service Advisor to ensure customers are informed of any additional services required.
  • Offer time estimates for further repairs. Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
  • Candidates should have a minimum of two years’ experience as an auto technician, with comprehensive knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
  • The ideal applicant will be a quick and enthusiastic learner, as well as a collaborative team member.
  • They must possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities, robust customer service skills, and computer proficiency with a readiness to tackle new challenges.
  • Proficiency in using electronic diagnostic equipment is essential, along with a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
