About the Role
Our well funded client is building a privacy-native, EVM-compatible Layer 2 designed to wrap stablecoins and tokenized real-world assets with zero-knowledge protections. This founding-level product leadership role will own the roadmap, guide technical direction, and drive GTM strategy for a first-of-its-kind privacy-preserving L2.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the product roadmap for a ZK-enabled Layer 2 unified ledger.
Collaborate with engineering to define architecture for privacy-preserving stablecoin and RWA wrapping.
Partner with cryptography teams to integrate and scale advanced ZK smart contract systems.
Design intuitive onboarding flows for institutions, asset issuers, and developers.
Lead cross-functional GTM strategy for platform adoption.
Interface with clients, partners, and developers to align product evolution with ecosystem needs.
Requirements
7–12+ years in blockchain product leadership, including 2+ years in a top-tier Layer 2 project.
Deep understanding of rollup architecture, ZKPs, and privacy systems.
Proven track record launching developer-facing platforms or protocols from concept to scale.
Strong GTM experience in crypto infra, stablecoins, or tokenization.
Startup mindset: hands-on, fast-moving, and comfortable with ambiguity.
Nice to Have
Experience at a stablecoin issuer or L2 within an exchange.
Background in zero-knowledge cryptography, protocol design, or compliance tooling.
Knowledge of smart contract standards, bridges, and interoperability.
