Morel Doucet is a Black—and Haitian-American—ceramicist and multi-disciplinary art educator based in Miami. Through his studio, Doucet Collectables, he creates sculptural ceramics and mixed-media works that narrate themes of ecological vulnerability, racial identity, and diaspora resilience.
