Arctic Wolf is seeking a Senior Developer 2 (Windows, Linux, Mac) in Bengaluru to own and resolve complex, escalated technical issues across software, cloud, and infrastructure layers in a high‑growth cybersecurity environment. In this role, you will perform deep troubleshooting and advanced debugging, including log and telemetry analysis, memory dump and crash investigations (e.g., WinDbg), performance tracing, and system‑level diagnostics across distributed systems and multi‑platform environments.

You will reproduce issues using scripts, automation, and test environments; work across AWS, Azure, and local environments that support Windows, macOS, and Linux; and partner closely with R&D teams to log high‑quality defects, provide reproduction data, and propose fixes. You will submit and review pull requests for code fixes, observability improvements, and tooling; identify recurring issues and drive automation and process improvements; collaborate with Support, Product, Problem Management, and Principal Engineers on large‑scale investigations; and document findings, workflows, and technical learnings to continuously improve operational maturity.
