The Cybersecurity Consultant / Concierge Security Engineer 2 – Danish Proficient is a key member of Arctic Wolf’s Concierge Security Team, responsible for delivering world‑class managed security services and acting as a trusted security advisor to assigned customers. This role supports the technical relationship with customers by investigating security events, configuring, troubleshooting and verifying data sources, and helping deliver Arctic Wolf’s network and endpoint security solutions in line with best practices and the mission to end cyber risk. Core responsibilities include creating and maintaining outstanding customer partnerships, acting on or escalating customer requests for guidance and support, producing clear technical reports and documentation, and proactively communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure issues are addressed and security posture is continually improved.
