The ServiceNow Systems Specialist contributes to Arctic Wolf’s IT organization by establishing and improving IT Service Management (ITSM) practices and working with internal IT teams to deliver world‑class IT services at enterprise scale. The role focuses on developing and enhancing ITSM processes such as Change, Release, Incident, Problem, and Knowledge Management, promoting service ownership through Service Level Management, the Service Catalog, and Service Portfolio Management, and enabling 24x7x365 systems availability via robust processes, clear communications, and effective service recovery. The specialist also establishes Knowledge Management as a core practice, drives continual service improvement with metrics and KPIs, reviews Incident/Problem trends to reduce service‑impacting events, supports implementation and administration of service management and reporting tools (including SLM tooling), documents application development and delivery environments, promotes CI/CD practices, champions architectural best practices for application delivery infrastructure, and manages upgrades of the ServiceNow instance, reporting to the Director of IT.
