In this role, you will provide technical leadership and architectural direction for our Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring that our CRM and related applications are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.

As a Salesforce Architect, you will design end‑to‑end solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related products and integrations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust architectural designs, data models, and integration patterns, leveraging best practices for performance, maintainability, and governance. You will oversee the implementation of features and enhancements, perform design and code reviews, and ensure adherence to Salesforce and enterprise standards.

You will guide the use of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative configuration to deliver high‑quality solutions, while optimizing the use of third‑party applications and middleware as needed. You will help define and implement integration strategies between Salesforce and key enterprise systems, ensuring data quality, security, and consistency across platforms. You will also provide technical mentorship to administrators and developers, contribute to roadmap planning, and support continuous improvement of our Salesforce landscape.
