We are looking for a Staff Developer – IDR – Integrations (Python) to join our engineering team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will take a technical leadership position in designing and building scalable, secure integrations that connect internal services and external systems across our platform.

As a Staff Developer on the Integrations team, you will design and implement RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and microservices to power backend applications and integration systems. You will drive the architecture and implementation of data flows and workflows that ingest, transform, and deliver security data reliably and efficiently, working closely with product managers, architects, and other engineering teams. You will also help define technical standards, review code, and mentor other developers to ensure high code quality and maintainable solutions.

You will optimize integration pipelines for performance, reliability, and cost, leveraging cloud‑native services and event‑driven architectures. You will contribute to observability, monitoring, and alerting for your services, ensuring that integrations are robust and can be operated at scale in a production security environment. Your work will directly impact customers and security operations teams by enabling richer data, better automation, and faster response to threats.
