At Arctic Wolf, we are on a mission to End Cyber Risk for organizations of all sizes. We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer 2 (Python) to join our engineering team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will help drive quality strategy, test automation, and continuous improvement for key security products and services.

As a Senior Quality Engineer 2, you will design, implement, and maintain automated tests and frameworks for backend services and data‑intensive systems, with a strong focus on Python‑based components. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other quality engineers to define test strategies, improve test plans and test cases, and ensure comprehensive coverage across functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.

You will drive the implementation and accountability of quality standards within the team, help design and evolve new test frameworks and automation systems, and contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines. You will investigate complex issues, analyze test results, and provide clear feedback to ensure defects are identified early and customer experience remains strong. Your work will directly contribute to the reliability and security of Arctic Wolf’s cybersecurity platform.
