Job Description

As a Cybersecurity Consultant / Concierge Security Engineer 2 (m/f/d), you work closely with experienced cybersecurity engineers, are actively involved in customer projects, and act as a central point of contact for customers when security incidents reported by the Security Operations Center (SOC) need clarification. You analyze structural weaknesses in customer environments together with the team, tackle security and technical issues in a solution‑oriented way, contribute to technical reports and security analyses, and communicate best practices clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Your responsibilities also include analyzing logs and security‑relevant data sources to identify potential risks, building trust through professional customer communication, and continuously developing your technical and consulting skills with the support of a mentor.
