Job Description
At Arctic Wolf, our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re seeking a Business Systems Administrator to partner closely with the Business Applications team, fellow NetSuite administrators, and key business stakeholders to ensure NetSuite and related tools (such as Zip for Procurement/Sourcing and Navan for Time & Expense) are used effectively, consistently, and in alignment with enterprise standards. This role focuses on translating Finance, Procurement, and Accounting requirements into scalable configurations, workflows, and user‑friendly solutions that drive efficiency, control, and continuous improvement across the source‑to‑pay ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include executing system changes and process automations via the Business Applications intake and backlog process; supporting platform updates and releases through defined testing and deployment plans; maintaining accurate core system data (approval hierarchies, spend thresholds, vendor records, GL mappings); and administering configuration and workflow updates for the procurement platform.
You will collaborate with Business Applications administrators and managers to clarify requirements, participate in planning and refinement sessions, carry out change and release tasks according to established schedules, contribute to user‑facing documentation (release notes, how‑to guides, knowledge base articles), and troubleshoot configuration, workflow, access, and data issues within defined procedures. The administrator also supports integrations between the procurement platform, NetSuite, and related systems, assists with testing integration changes, manages user access and roles according to defined models, and helps with audits and governance activities to maintain SOX compliance and strong security controls.
To be successful, you bring 3–5 years of systems administration experience, familiarity with accounting/ERP and procurement platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Coupa, Jaggaer, SAP Ariba, Zip, Navan), working knowledge of JavaScript/SuiteScript, SQL, and HTML, exposure to REST/SOAP APIs and SSO, and an aptitude for collaborating with non‑technical users to turn business requirements into effective process and technical solutions. A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and interest in pursuing NetSuite certifications are preferred.
