We are seeking a Customer Success Manager – Enterprise to join our headquarters team in Eden Prairie, MN, with an in‑office presence required four days per week.

As a Customer Success Manager – Enterprise, you will own and manage a portfolio of enterprise customers leveraging our cybersecurity solutions. You will drive customer retention and growth by achieving renewal and expansion targets through consultative, value‑based engagement. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will listen closely to customer needs, advocate for them internally, and help shape product and service improvements. You will lead regular account reviews to ensure satisfaction, adoption, and measurable business outcomes, while identifying and executing upsell opportunities aligned with customer objectives.

You will negotiate renewals and expansions by leveraging deep domain expertise and product knowledge to create compelling growth plans. In this role, you will manage a high volume of customer requests and initiatives, prioritize effectively, and guide customers toward best‑practice solutions. You will also help build scalable processes that proactively forecast and communicate at‑risk accounts to ensure long‑term retention and customer success.
