Position Details

  • Type: Full-time, base plus commission
  • Salary: $100,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for service customers.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling through the Dealer Group’s automotive software.
  • Track customer wait times, service queues, workflow, and repair efficiency.
  • Inspire and train service technicians and advisors.
  • Implement programs to boost service retention and customer loyalty.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by upholding quality and a positive experience.
  • Manage purchases and inventory of automotive parts and equipment.
  • Maintain high efficiency and safety standards.
  • Design and assess processes for technician training, shop layout, and vehicle safety.
  • Administer access systems for shop entry and customer security.
  • Cultivate relationships with external service providers for customer referrals.

Requirements

  • With over five years of experience in the automotive industry, I have a proven track record of successfully managing service operations.
